"Shot on Film" Options
Polaroids are the most immediate, one-of-a-kind film option we offer. You get 5 photos per pack, each with a softer, more vintage look than 35mm and less sharpness than digital, but with tons of charm and that unmistakable instant-film feel. The best part is they’re tangible: by the end of the night, you’re holding real prints you can keep, share, or tuck into a guestbook before you even leave the venue.

Photos from a 35mm stills camera have that same nostalgic feel you see in wedding photos from the pre-2000s era, with natural grain and a timeless, true-to-life look. Each roll gives 36 images, so we treat it as a curated layer woven into your overall coverage rather than an all-day approach. It’s not the most “filmy” option we offer, but it’s the most classic, understated kind of nostalgia.
Disposable cameras use the same 35mm film as our 35mm stills option, but the small, simple lens and built-in flash add charm: more character, more unpredictability, and the occasional light flare or happy imperfection. They’re also easy to pass around, so friends and family can capture the day from their perspective, including the in-between moments you might not even see. With our disposable camera add-on, we provide the cameras, handle development and processing, then lightly edit the best frames and include them in your gallery.

This guide breaks down what each option actually means in real life, how it affects the final feel of your photos and films, and which choice makes the most sense for the story you want to tell.

Super 16mm Camera
Super 16mm is the elevated, more cinematic counterpart: cleaner detail, richer depth, and a smoother “movie” look while still staying unmistakably analog. Each roll runs about 11 minutes, which gives us more room for longer stretches of storytelling, while your primary coverage remains comprehensive and consistent alongside it.
Super 8mm Camera
Super 8 is the most nostalgic motion-film option we offer: dreamy texture, visible grain, and that unmistakable home-movie charm. Each roll runs about 3 minutes, so we use it intentionally for the moments that benefit most from that vintage feel, woven into your overall coverage.

Do you edit the Photos and Film?
Yes. I personally oversee the editing and final look of every gallery and wedding film. Each image and film is finished with the same timeless color, warmth, and attention to detail.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in Huntington Beach, CA, and I serve weddings from the Central Coast to San Diego with no travel fee. I love staying local enough to be fully present, while still getting to chase the best light up and down the coast.
Do you do Engagement Sessions?
Yes. Engagement sessions are available as an add-on for couples who have booked a Fablehouse wedding collection. It’s a beautiful way to get comfortable together before the wedding day and keep the full story visually connected.
What if we don’t know how to pose?
You do not need to know what to do with your hands. I’ll guide you with simple direction, natural movement, and prompts that make the photos feel candid instead of overly posed.
